Woodstock --> Guelph --> Lindsay --> Peterborough -->Trent Hills ON, Canada.

Just another lifelong naturalist. It began with birds. Then moths since 2009, and then became the Guelph "Moth Lady" at the University of Guelph Arboretum for a few years, resulting in the massive Moths of The Arboretum list https://arboretum.uoguelph.ca/collectionsandresearch/biodiversitymoths.

I then went back to school (as a very mature student) in Lindsay and then Peterborough. Currently, I work as a biologist. I also do nocturnal owl surveys and forest bird monitoring surveys yearly for Birds Canada. I recently bought a house and have finally been reunited with the ability to moth every night again, like I did in Guelph.

I'm obsessed with moths (and all insects and spiders), but have also branched out heavily into native plants.

Like a lot of people on here, the intense interest in the natural world began in early childhood.

Thank-you to everyone who provides help with ID'ing. I am completely obsessed with this website/application.

Should anyone in academia require my photos, please don't hesitate to use them!
