I have a strong passion for nature and photography. I've loved taking photos all my life, but ever since I got a proper new camera, I've been spending almost every free day outside to take photos. My main focus is on birds and insects.

I am currently persuing a PhD with a focus on microbiology, protistology and structural biology, so naturally I am also intersted in microbial life and I have a passion for light- and electron microscopy.
