Using the key E in macrolichens of the pacific northwest got to 13a with the apothecia on top of the thallus (had to use a probe and dissecting scope to observe the immediate thallus attachment as it was folded and appeared a top thallus growing from the underside of another part of the thallus)in the pseudocyphellaria key the thallus has pseudocyphellae on the lower surface and it is white (1a) the thallus is brown (2b) and it appears soredia lacking, which would lead to P. Anthrasis. More pictures from the scope added.
