This was the most interesting blind snake I've found in Lucknow. It was difficult to look out appropriately as it appeared to have some sort of head injury or shed problem. But it looked longer/slenderer than usual braminus, and had significantly more white than usual around the snout and subcaudals.

Skull of (most likely) a Himalayan grey langur, wedged in the bark of a tree. According to our guide, the monkey was probably caught by a leopard, either in the tree or on the ground then carried up the tree. The skull then fallen down and wedged itself in the bark.

Yellow-spotted Wolf Snake is a nocturnal species of non-venomous snake uncommon to rarely found in Vidarbha, India. It primarily feeds on geckos and lizards. It diets contains Hemidactylus gracilis, Sitana ponticeriana, Calotes versicolor, Psammophilus blandfordinus etc. It is much agile but calm snake.

Cryptelytrops albolabris; male was observed in village of Shimla district(Himachal Pradesh,India) ; Shilli Baghi.

A bright white strip running along its entire body, when the specimen was found it was basking in mid day sun on wooden logs.

Size a little over 2 feet. Conspicuous bright red tail which strikes or bangs repeatedly on ground/ in branches or leaf litter when it feels threat. Slow in movements but fast in strikes.

Supralabials - 10 (2nd + 3rd large ; 1st fused with nasal)
Supraoculars - immediately above the half of the eye large; next one small.

Overall scales not very strongly keeled.

Red tail can also be used to lure the prey.
