Belonging to the group of annelids, they take their name from the bristles that cover their stomach. We can see them moving elegantly in the sediments of stagnant waters. In this video we can appreciate the eyes and bowel movements.

Some species of Freshwater worm not sure what kind.
Chaetogaster limnaei (worm looking organisms) found on a Helisoma trivolvis snail.
I guess it's obvious, but the first photo is a composite of the other 3, constructed with the intention of showing the whole worm.
From water sample in Pine Barrens, NJ, from oligotropic swamp with Nymphaea and Utricularia in pine forest. Dark field and light field microscopy.
Broken in half, front half being consumed by a hydra.
