• Learning local insects etc that require strict conditions or
  plant species

• Local threatened and endangered life, specifically what is
  causing decline

Nature snagged me back in April 2020 with eBird, and I still keep a daily checklist (1400+ day streak!). Only recently did the rest of nature hit me like a truck in 2023, and now I can't keep from wondering about all the ecosystems that people just walk right past every day.

Curious about many careers around birds, nature, end just ecology in general. Likely looking specifically into public education jobs.
