I am a wildlife biologist with a B.S. in Biology from CSU Channel Islands. My drive to tease apart the mysteries of the natural world has led me to focus on the study of animal track and sign. I have had my track and sign skills tested multiple times under the Cybertracker evaluation system and in 2019 I received a Level 4 track and sign certificate in San Diego, CA. I truly believe animal tracking is one of the most rewarding (and humbling) skills to practice in the field of ecology. I would encourage anyone interested in the natural world to take some time looking at the tracks and sign animals leave behind on the landscape.
