I finally figured out how to use required taxa, so the project has been updated with a list of taxa. I hope this prevents observations of birds and plants, etc., that somehow were added to this project. I then removed all observations that weren't in one of those taxa. I will consider adding additional taxa at a future date. Flies, bees, butterflies and moths are not included, with a few exceptions.

Additionally, after the discussion about the new field and issues with search, I decided to remove that and create a new required field with a short list of acceptable values. I believe this is better than the previous setup. It's not required for existing observations, but it is required for future ones.

I'll also remove the requirement for the first image to show flight, considering the previous feedback.
